Found some keys? Here’s what to do.

Thanks for getting in touch. We’ll match the keys to their owner using our secure database. Thanks to you, our Key2Giving member will get their keys safely back.

It won’t take a minute as all you have to do now is:
  1. Find an envelope
  2. Pop the keys in
  3. Write FREEPOST KEY2GIVING clearly on the front of the package
  4. Seal it and put it in the post. You don’t need a stamp.
If you are very busy you can simply pop the keys into the post box and they will be sent back to us to re-unite them with their owner.

If you have any questions, please call our helpline on 0845 11 99 100. It’s open from 9am till 9pm on weekdays and from 10.30am to 3.30pm on Saturdays. Outside of these hours, there’s an answer phone service. Thanks again. Your kindness is really appreciated.
