"Charity" means the charity providing you with the Key Fob as a 'thank you' for your donation, whose name is shown on the Key Fob,
"Key Fob" means the key tag, that remains our property at all times, containing the Charity's name/image and/or logo on one side and the Unique Reference Number and Key2Giving Freepost address, and Helpline number on the other side;

You should complete the Electronic Direct Debit form for the relevant amount of your donation (remembering that the amount of your donation determines the number of Key Fobs that you will receive). The donation paid by you by Direct Debit is passed by us in its entirety to the Charity. The Charity pays us a fee directly for providing the Service.
3. There is no payment due by you to us in respect of the Service.
4. Upon completing an Electronic Direct Debit form to the Charity on the Key2Giving website we will within seven days supply to you a number of Key Fobs corresponding to the amount of your donation.
5. We will cancel the Service automatically if you cease to make or cancel your Direct Debit to the Charity.
6. The Service will only be provided to you while you are resident in the UK.
7. You should attach the Key Fob to your keys so that anyone who finds your keys can contact us and return the keys to us using the Freepost address provided.
8. We will telephone you upon receipt of your keys and will confirm with you, following the completion of appropriate security checks, the address to which the keys should be sent. (It is our preference not to send the keys to the address for which they operate the locks.) If we cannot reach you by telephone, email or letter within 14 days of receiving your keys, we will keep your keys in a safe place until you contact us. It is your responsibility to ensure that you notify us of any change of address (which you can do by telephoning the Helpline or letting us know via the Key2Giving Website). We will also pay the postage costs of returning the keys to you in an unmarked envelope by registered post.
9. We will return your keys to you without disclosing personal information concerning either the finder or you to one another. Provided that the Service has not been cancelled we will also return the Key Fob that has been allocated to you.
10. This Service only applies to keys and we have no obligation in respect of any other item to which you may attach the Key Fob.
11. If your keys and Key Fob are not found, on request we will provide you with a replacement Key Fob (up to a maximum of three times) with a new Unique Reference Number. We will then deactivate any earlier Unique Reference Number. We accept no other responsibility or liability in respect of any loss incurred in connection with the loss of either the Key Fob or your keys.
12. By accepting the Service you consent to our processing your personal data for the above purposes. You also accept that we will need to provide your personal data to the Charity or Charities so that they can process your donation. We will take all reasonable steps to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure that we will store your personal information safely. If you stop using the Service (because you are no longer donating to the Charity or you decide to stop) we will remove your personal information from our records for the Service within 12 months.
13. If for any reason the Charity terminates its arrangements with us, they will write to you to notify you of this fact. We will continue to provide you with the Service for a further 60 days. We will deactivate your Unique Reference Number. It is intended that the Charity will explain to you what arrangements it will make in respect of the collection of your Direct Debit or the provision of any alternative service after that date. Our obligations to you will however cease from the date notified to you.
14. We reserve the right to change, add to or modify the terms of the provision of the Service or to cease to provide the Service on one month's written notice to you.
